Tyler Radbourne

President and Chief Executive Officer

EcoStream founder Tyler Radbourne is responsible for managing all key functional areas of the company. His experience includes water treatment/management, oil field waste disposal and midstream operations, along with commercial and residential building development. Tyler’s expertise in startup ventures includes strategic planning, financing, operations and building cohesive management teams. Tyler began his career by joining his family’s construction business at a young age. He used his building and business experience to launch successful construction and development companies in Minnesota and then transitioned into the energy sector. He founded companies providing waste and water management services, first in North Dakota and later in Texas. He was the founding partner of a company that built one of the first privately owned wastewater treatment facilities in North Dakota’s Bakken oil field. He also held a founding interest in another wastewater treatment facility and saltwater disposal business in that state, which he sold in 2015. Tyler founded EcoStream LLC in 2013, acquiring and enhancing key assets in the Permian Basin.

Tom Glenn

Chief Operating Officer

Tom Glenn has more than 30 years’ experience managing all aspects of oil field fluids processing and transportation. He has had functional responsibility for operations, business development, bottom-line financial performance and employee training and supervision. His expertise includes in-depth knowledge of federal transportation polices and regulations, and developing systems, plans and procedures and to enhance efficiency and increase utilization of assets. Tom oversees all plant operations for EcoStream’s growing portfolio of facilities, including crude oil gathering and reclamation, logistics, compliance matters and workplace safety, along with customer relations. He has held senior positions with leading oil field service companies throughout his long career, most recently with Lakewood Midstream, and has managed a wide range of operations and services in major shale plays across the United States.

Board of Advisors

Hung Nguyen

Hung Nguyen is president of HARN Financial Group, an accounting and tax services firm with multiple locations in the Greater Houston area serving more than 10,000 clients. His expertise includes compliance with U.S. GAAP and IRS rules as well as statistical analysis toward optimizing business performance. He has established and invested in various entrepreneurial ventures, including a custom homebuilding business and a moving company. Hung began his career with one of the world’s largest retail fitness chains, where he held multiple leadership positions over a 10-year period, including full P&L responsibility for his region. He is experienced in staffing, training and leadership development as well as strategy for new market entry and acquisitions. A native Houstonian, Hung double-majored in finance and marketing at the University of Houston.

Steve Wells

Steve Wells is founder and managing partner in two successful companies in the Greater Houston area. Pinnacle Inspection Services supports the upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors along with power and mining. Pinnacle provides mechanical integrity solutions and implements projects around the globe while staffing API inspectors and NDE technicians for run and maintain, special emphasis projects and turnarounds. Steve’s second business is Armor Industrial Fabricators located in Baytown, Texas. Armor’s primary expertise is in the upstream offshore and onshore structural engineering and fabrication of sub-sea and topside structures. Steve has served on API committees for 21 years helping to write codes and standards for the petrochemical industry. He also served as former chairman of the API Manufacture and Contractors Committee. Steve is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in industrial technology.
